  Diabolical customer service with no sense of responsibility from owners or staff. Spent over £10k with RGB over the years so I would say a hitherto well known and good customer of theirs . Purchased a fridge freezer last July but when delivered to the house their installation guy dragged it over our wooden parquet flooring in the hallway causing over £2k of damage (even though I'd opened the garage for him to take it in through there). Although RGB have accepted responsibility for the damage and have sent a specialist flooring contractor to quote for the work, despite 10 months of phone calls and written correspondence they have done absolutely nothing remedy the situation. Their products might be cheap ...but so it seems are their customer and brand values. I will not be buying from them again.
